Thunder Bay, Ontario, February 11, 2020: White Metal Resources Corp. (TSXV:WHM) (“White Metal” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Luxury Investments One Hundred and Ninety Two (Pty) Ltd. (“Luxury Investments”), Kalahari Copper Ltd. (“Kalahari”), and Newco Management Team of South Africa (“NMT”). Along with White Metal, these three parties have agreed to work together on examining small-scale production possibilities in areas of Namibia covered by Exclusive Prospecting Licences (“EPL”) controlled by White Metal (EPL 7071) and Kalahari Copper (EPLs 7082, 7079, 6998, 7081). Luxury Investments has been successfully running a small-scale mining operation in Namibia for over two years, producing approximately 200 to 250 tonnes per month of copper concentrate at a grade of 30% Cu. These small-scale operations are in close proximity to the EPLs held by White Metal and Kalahari. The parties will work in collaboration to see if the concept of small-scale mining would be effective on the Okohongo Cu-Ag deposit (White Metal) and any other prospects within the above mentioned EPLs.
Thunder Bay, Ontario, January 28, 2020: White Metal Resources Corp. (TSXV:WHM) (“White Metal” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has applied for drilling permits on its 100% owned Seagull Lake Project (the “Property” or the “Project”), northwestern Ontario. The Property, approximately a one hour drive north of the port city of Thunder Bay, is located about 50 km south of Impala Canada’s Lac des Iles Mine (previously North American Palladium) and is about 28 km north of the copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), and platinum group element (PGE) discoveries of Rio Tinto and Panoramic Resources. Recent staking, aimed at covering high priority targets including a potential feeder conduit, has increased the Project size to 7,539 ha comprising 357 single cell mining claims.
Thunder Bay, Ontario, January 20, 2020: White Metal Resources Corp. (TSXV:WHM) (“White Metal” or the “Company”) announces that it has granted natural resources investor RZJ Capital Management LLC (“RZJ”) a three month extension of time in regards to the previously announced binding Letter of Agreement (“LOA”) with respect to certain licenses that comprise the Dorwit Copper-Silver Property (the “Property”), located in Namibia. Under the LOA, RZJ has the right to purchase 70% of White Metal’s 100% owned private Namibian company Aloe 237 which holds title to Exclusive Prospecting Licences (EPL 7028, 7029 and 7030), comprising the Property (see Company news release dated October 16, 2019). The partners, RZJ and White Metal, will work towards the signing of a definitive agreement in the near future.
Thunder Bay, Ontario, January 8, 2020: With renewed interest in platinum and palladium White Metal Resources Corp. (TSXV:WHM) (“White Metal” or the “Company”) is revaluating the prospectivity of its 100% owned Seagull Lake Pt-Pd Property (the “Property’), located about 50 km south of Impala Canada’s Lac des Iles Mine (previously North American Palladium) in northwestern Ontario. The 6,168 hectare property, approximately one hour drive north of the port city of Thunder Bay, is also about 28 km north of the new copper, nickel, platinum, and palladium discoveries of Rio Tinto and Panoramic Resources (previously Magma Metals).
Thunder Bay, Ontario, January 7, 2020: White Metal Resources Corp. (TSXV:WHM) (“White Metal” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received from the Namibian Government (Ministry of Environment and Tourism), the required Environmental Clearance Certificates (“ECC”) for Exclusive Prospecting License (“EPL”) 7071 (the “Taranis Property”) and EPLs 7028, 7029, and 7030 (the “Altan” or “DorWit Property”), clearing the way for the Company to begin its exploration programs in Namibia. The Company is planning to complete several geophysical surveys and drilling programs in the coming months. The Taranis and DorWit properties are held by White Metal’s 100% owned Namibian subsidiary companies Aloe 238 and Aloe 237, respectively (see Company news release dated June 18, 2019).
